By accessing and using Soundcheq ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Soundcheq is a platform that connects recording studios, audio engineers, and artists. We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the actual recording services provided.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Cancellation policies are set by individual studios and displayed at the time of booking.

5. Studio and Engineer Responsibilities

Studios and engineers listed on Soundcheq are independent businesses. They are responsible for the quality of their services, compliance with local laws, and maintaining accurate listing information.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to circumvent the Platform for payments
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and text, is owned by Soundcheq or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Soundcheq a license to use it for Platform operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soundcheq provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the services provided by studios or engineers. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
